First Time Log In: Enter your Initial Username and Password to log in.  You will be prompted to change your password after your initial log in.

Username  KM plus your 5-digit employee ID number (Ex: KM12345)

Password  Your Date of Birth (enter your DOB in "ddMmmyyyy" format)

  • only the first 3 letters of the month are used and
  • only the first letter of the month is capitalized​

  • DOB examples: January 1, 1990 = 01Jan1990 || March 23, 1985 = 23Mar1985
